Grenache is a late-ripening variety and are the last grapes harvested each season.
The grapes were crushed and fermented in early April to full ripeness and flavour.
Small batchmaking, high quality oak maturation and the careful blending with a hatfull of Shiraz has given this wine great balance and structure.
A wine to enjoy that combines the perfume and fruitiness of dry-grown Grenache with the spiciness of old vine Shiraz.
